Working with Gail was an absolute pleasure. She provided thoughtful suggestions and guidance in selecting the perfect fabric, backing, and hardware for my project. Gail understands that everyone has their own unique style, while also drawing on her experience to point out potential considerations with different fabrics and installation placement. Her expertise made the entire selection process enjoyable and stress-free.

The installers, Zach and Gabe, were equally impressive. It was clear they have worked together for years, seamlessly anticipating each other's needs and completing the installation efficiently and professionally. Their teamwork and attention to detail were a pleasure to watch.

The owner, David, also happened to be on-site during the installation. From my initial contact, he quickly connected me with Gail and arranged a prompt consultation. The entire team demonstrated exceptional customer service, professionalism, and craftsmanship from start to finish.

Our shades are amazing and very high quality for a reasonable price compared to other high quality shade companies. The process from initial consultation to installation was less than a month. Great communication and easy scheduling. I got the roller shades for downstairs and they work great, and the cord shades upstairs are very nice too. I was actually looking for another company online when I came across Made In The Shade shutters. I reached out and was contacted very quickly by David (the owner of the business). We did two large bay windows. He came out quickly and gave me a quote, which was competitive with others. I went with Made In The Shade because he was very prompt, flexible on timing, and pleasant to work with. I feel like I got an excellent product, expertly installed at a good price.
